Beautiful waterfront cottage on Back Bay within walking distance of downtown Wolfeboro shops and restaurants. 150 feet of waterfront provides expansive water and downtown Wolfeboro views. This is the perfect spot to kayak, canoe or paddle board on calm, protected waters. Ample dock space, a swim platform, large deck, a separate screened house, hammock and brick patio at the water's edge. Private setting with creek and abutting conservation land. A 3-minute walk to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail, which offers 12 miles of hard packed trail for biking, walking and running. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 King ensuite - bay view with shower and separate whirlpool tub; 1 King ensuite with shower - woods view; twin beds bedroom - woods view; full bed bedroom - bay & creek view; loft with full sofa bed and futon - bay view; and common bath with shower/tub combination. Sitting areas in living room and loft with large screen TVs, provide lots of room for the entire family. Large office desk in the loft. Fully applianced kitchen, a 2nd refrigerator for overflow items, washer/dryer, two grills (1 gas grill and 1 smoker for those outdoor BBQs). High speed internet and two phones. If bringing a boat, the property offers two covered boat slips that can accommodate boats up to 26 long and a jet ski dock. Access to the lake requires passage below a bridge with a clearance of 4.2 feet when the lake is full. The top of the property's dock posts is the height of the bridge to provide a visual clearance check.
